How I Work
n = 1. The only sample size that matters is you.
Health is psychological, social, and contextual — not purely biological. My work adapts to who you are, what you're carrying, and where you'd like to go. No scripts. No one-size-fits-all.
01
Orientation before effort
Before we optimize anything, we slow down enough to see clearly. What is actually happening? What's changing? What is background noise and what deserves attention? Discernment makes later effort worth the cost.
02
Trends, not single numbers
A lab value on its own tells us very little. Looked at over time, alongside your lived experience, the same numbers begin to speak. We watch for direction — because the body compensates long before it collapses.
03
Systems over willpower
Real change rarely comes from trying harder. It comes from adjusting the conditions you're living inside of — sleep, light, nourishment, relationships, pace. We shape systems so that doing the healthy thing is the easier thing.
04
Better questions for your doctor
I'm not here to replace your physician. I'm here to help you show up to appointments with a clearer picture, sharper questions, and a grounded plan — so the medical care you receive actually fits your life.
Where I often help
Every engagement is individual, but the conversations often cluster in a few places.
-
Interpreting bloodwork and lab trends
Moving beyond "normal" vs "abnormal" into what your results actually suggest, over time, in your body.
-
Perimenopause, menopause, and women's health transitions
A patient, informed guide through the hormonal and metabolic shifts of midlife.
-
Difficult diagnoses and second-opinion thinking
Help organizing information, clarifying options, and thinking through decisions without panic driving the process.
-
Lifestyle, environment, and daily systems
Sleep, light, movement, stress, nourishment — the conditions that quietly determine most outcomes.
-
Advocacy inside the medical system
Preparing for appointments, framing questions, and making sure you are heard.
A gentle, important note
I am a Health Advocate. I am not a licensed physician, nurse practitioner, dietitian, or therapist. Nothing I offer is medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescription. I work alongside — never in place of — your clinical care team.
