Health Advocate · Zeeland, Michigan

Health, advocacy, and the care of your inner compass.

Thoughtful companionship for people navigating complex health information. I help you slow down, ask better questions, and find steady direction — without panic and without dogma.

Christina Wehmer, Health Advocate

"We do not rise to the level of our goals. We fall to the level of our systems."

— James Clear

Health is not just about protocols. It is about direction. My work is to help you build the context, pattern-recognition, and steadiness to choose that direction with care.

What brings people here

You don't need more information. You need a way to hold it.

Labs that say "normal" but don't feel normal

Reference ranges are designed to catch disease — not to catch early imbalance. We can look at your results as a trend, in context, and raise better questions.

Women's health transitions

Perimenopause, hormonal shifts, metabolic changes, difficult diagnoses. Places where generic advice falls short, and an individual map matters more than a protocol.

Too much input, too little direction

Conflicting advice, viral panic, new acronyms every week. I help you filter, orient, and decide what deserves your attention — and what doesn't.

The approach

Orientation over optimization. Questions before protocols.

I trained at Nasha Winters' Metabolic Regen program and have spent years close to clinical medicine, women's health, and patient advocacy. I work with one person at a time — because health is always n=1.

My role is educational and supportive: to help you see patterns, prepare for appointments, understand trade-offs, and move forward without fear as the driver.
