About

A steady guide, trained in the science and the stillness.

I'm Christina Wehmer, a Health Advocate based in Zeeland, Michigan. I help people make sense of complex health information, advocate for themselves in clinical settings, and build the kind of steady direction that actually sustains change.

Background

My training is rooted in biology and chemistry, and my adult life has been shaped by time spent close to clinical medicine — in women's health, in patient care, and in the long, patient work of translating complex scientific systems into something an ordinary person can actually use.

I completed Dr. Nasha Winters' Metabolic Regen program, which deepened what I already believed: that meaningful health work is rarely about a single intervention. It is about patterns, systems, and the conditions a person is living inside of.

I am not a physician. I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. What I offer instead is context, company, and a careful second set of eyes — someone to help you read your own situation more clearly and bring better questions to the professionals already on your team.

Values

I am Greek Orthodox, and my faith quietly informs how I show up: with patience, with respect for mystery, and with the conviction that a person is more than a collection of biomarkers. That said, this is a health practice first and foremost — grounded in research, praxis, and the specifics of your life.

I believe in discernment before effort. I believe in honest uncertainty. And I believe the most useful thing I can give you is not a louder voice telling you what to do, but a quieter one helping you hear your own.
